GoHighLevel free trial: 14 days on any plan
GoHighLevel (also written HighLevel) has a 14-day free trial on any plan, per its pricing page, and no free plan. The trial gives full access to the features of the plan you choose, and HighLevel's product pages say a credit card is required to start it.
After the trial, Starter is $97 a month, billed monthly, as read on 4 October 2026. Unlimited is $297 and Agency Pro $497 a month on the same basis. A separate Bootcamp sign-up page offers a 30-day trial; that is a different sign-up, so this page quotes 14 days.

Start a 14-day GoHighLevel trial →The credit card and what bills when the trial ends
The CRM, email and reputation pages say a credit card is required, while the pricing page does not say either way. The CRM page adds that the card is auto-charged at your selected plan rate when the trial ends unless you cancel.
Usage-based fees for calls, texts and third-party services may apply during the trial; GoHighLevel pricing lists them. HighLevel's email article gives two different daily trial limits for email campaigns, so we say only that a daily email limit applies during a trial.
What each plan costs after the trial
A sub-account is one client account or one location, and Starter includes 3 of them. SaaS Mode, on Agency Pro, lets an agency sell GoHighLevel as its own software.

How to run a 14-day pilot before the first bill
- Pick Starter for one business or Unlimited for an agency with more than 3 clients.
- Create one sub-account.
- In Settings, Phone System, Voice, turn on Missed Call Text Back, which texts a caller whose call goes unanswered past your incoming call timeout. It needs a number in the sub-account that is verified to send texts.
- Build one workflow, a set of triggers and actions that run on their own, and turn on Stop on Response so follow-up ends when the lead replies.
- Decide before day 14. To stop, cancel in your account, by support ticket or by phone; otherwise billing starts automatically.
Two trial rules touch this pilot: agencies in trial mode cannot turn off the sender name and opt-out wording added to texts, and a trial agency cannot raise a sub-account's messaging limit.
All fees are non-refundable under HighLevel's Terms, and trial periods are not intended to be used consecutively. Pay monthly until a pilot has worked: an annual plan is billed in advance and cannot be switched back to monthly in the platform.
Who should start with a free CRM instead
Pick HubSpot's free tools if you have one or two users and up to 1,000 contacts: they are free for up to 2 users, need no credit card and have no expiry date. Pick ActiveCampaign for an email-first tool with a 14-day trial and no credit card needed.
Start the GoHighLevel trial if leads reach you by call and text and you want to set up missed-call text back and follow-up before the first bill. An agency with more than 3 clients should trial Unlimited, because Starter stops at 3 sub-accounts. GoHighLevel review lists the strengths and poor fits, and is GoHighLevel legit covers the company and its refund terms.
