GoHighLevel for agencies: which plan, white label and what it costs

Last reviewed 4 October 2026

Quick answerAn agency with more than three clients needs Unlimited at $297 a month, billed monthly; reselling under your own brand needs Agency Pro at $497. Vendasta suits an agency that wants to resell wholesale products.

GoHighLevel for agencies: the plan follows the client count

GoHighLevel (also written HighLevel) prices an agency by client count: Starter stops at 3 sub-accounts, Unlimited removes the limit and Agency Pro adds the resale tools. A sub-account is one client account or one location, and HighLevel uses both words for it.

On monthly billing, as read on 4 October 2026, Starter is $97 a month, Unlimited $297 and Agency Pro $497. A five-person marketing agency with 12 clients is past Starter's limit, so it starts on Unlimited.

HighLevel's pricing page offers a 14-day free trial on every plan, Agency Pro included, while an older help article says there is no free trial for Pro, so check the trial on the Agency Pro card before counting on it. The vendor's CRM page says a credit card is required and is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel.

What each plan and add-on gives an agency

SaaS Mode is HighLevel's tool for selling GoHighLevel as your own software, and rebilling passes usage costs on to a sub-account. Annual plans are billed in advance.

White label, SaaS Mode and rebilling

White-label means your clients see your logo and branding when they log in. SaaS Mode is on Agency Pro and needs your own Stripe account.

Rebilling is available at cost from Unlimited and with markup on Agency Pro only. The white-label domain is a subdomain you control, such as app.yourdomain.com, set under Agency View, Settings, Company, Whitelabel; a second domain brands the links in emails and texts.

The limit: HighLevel's CRM page ties full white-labeling and resale to Agency Pro, and its Terms set a floor on the price a reseller may advertise and make the reseller fully liable to its customers.

What an agency pays on top of the plan

Beyond the table's two add-ons, AI Employee, HighLevel's suite of AI tools, is sold per sub-account: $50 a month for AI Employee Growth or $97 a month for AI Employee Unlimited.

Calls, texts, email and AI usage come from the Agency Wallet, a prepaid balance that refills from the card on file and cannot pay the subscription. An upgrade takes effect at once and a mid-month upgrade charges only the prorated difference, so an agency can start on Starter and move up as it signs clients.

When Vendasta or ClickFunnels fits an agency better

Vendasta fits an agency that resells wholesale products and services. It lists its white-label client portal on Professional, which is on a 1-year contract, while Starter is co-branded with Vendasta; its price is on the vendor's page. GoHighLevel vs Vendasta sets the two side by side.

ClickFunnels Scale fits an agency that needs five workspaces, its word for sub-accounts, for funnel work: $197 a month, or $164 a month billed annually. GoHighLevel Starter fits a new agency with up to three client accounts. GoHighLevel pricing adds the usage fees on top, and GoHighLevel free trial covers the card and billing terms.
