GoHighLevel: one flat plan with phone, text and funnels

HighLevel says GoHighLevel is an all-in-one platform that replaces the CRM, funnel builder, email marketing software, appointment scheduler, SMS marketing tools and review management software its users buy separately. Starter lists all core features, including a website and funnel builder, CRM and pipelines (the stages a deal moves through), workflow automation, booking calendars and online reputation management.

Missed Call Text Back, which texts a caller automatically when a call is missed, runs on the Phone System, HighLevel's built-in numbers, texting and calling, which is on all plan levels. Starter allows 3 sub-accounts, each one client account or one location.

The limit is usage: GoHighLevel bills phone numbers, texts, calls and email by use on top of the plan, from a prepaid wallet.

HubSpot, Keap and ActiveCampaign: priced by seat, by service and by contacts

HubSpot's free tools are $0 for up to 2 users, with no credit card required and no expiry date, and they include a shared inbox and a chatbot builder that can book meetings. Starter is from $20 a seat a month at list price, shown discounted to $7, and users are bought as seats.

Keap starts at $299 a month, billed monthly, and its pricing page says implementation services are required: a business mapping session with an automation expert, done-for-you automations, templates, data import and migration services. Two user licenses are included. Text marketing is U.S. only, with a first tier included and larger tiers from $24 a month.

ActiveCampaign Starter is from $15 a month, billed annually, at the entry contact tier. It allows 1 user and 5 actions per automation, and its plan builder lists SMS as a separate channel, with pipelines sold as an add-on.

ClickFunnels, Vendasta, Podium and Salesforce: funnels, agencies, quotes and a per-user CRM

ClickFunnels Launch is $97 a month, or $81 a month billed annually, with 1 workspace (its word for a sub-account), 2 team members and 10K contacts. ClickFunnels says it provides tools for sales funnels, websites and landing pages, and its home page lists SMS and 2-way messaging among its CRM tools.

Vendasta's price is on the vendor's page. Starter is billed monthly with no contract, and the pricing page describes a monthly minimum of wholesale products and services.

Podium is priced by quote: its page says to talk to the sales team. It collects reviews by text as part of the platform, and its plan comparison lists a missed-call text.

Salesforce's price is on the vendor's page. It is priced per user, most products run on annual contracts, and its Sales Cloud trial is 30 days with no credit card.

Which all in one CRM to pick for an agency, a local business or a solo owner

An agency with more than 3 clients is past Starter's 3 sub-accounts, so GoHighLevel Unlimited, $297 a month, billed monthly, is the fit; GoHighLevel for agencies has the plan detail. Vendasta fits the agency that wants a catalog of wholesale products to resell instead.

A local service business with several people answering calls and texts fits GoHighLevel Starter: unlimited users at $97 a month, billed monthly. A solo owner who needs a CRM and no phone system should start with HubSpot's free tools. Keap fits a business that wants implementation help with the software, and ClickFunnels one that mainly sells through funnels.

GoHighLevel review covers its limits and poor fits, GoHighLevel alternatives lists more rivals, and HubSpot alternatives covers the free-tools route.
