Keap: one starting price with required implementation

Keap's $299 a month, billed monthly, starts you off with 2 user licenses and with implementation services the page calls required. Those services cover a business mapping session with an automation expert, done-for-you automations, templates, data import and migration services. The subscription also includes U.S.-based phone support, 24/7 chat support and a dedicated customer success manager, and Keap lists an appointment scheduler and automatic Google review requests.

Texts begin at tier 1, 500 messages and 100 voice minutes, inside the subscription, and text marketing is available in the U.S. only. The free trial needs no card, but it sends 25 emails at most, cannot process payments and cannot send or receive texts.

HubSpot: free tools, then seats

HubSpot's free tools cost $0 with no credit card for up to 2 users and 1,000 contacts, and HubSpot says they have no expiration date. Its Starter page offers those free tools in place of a trial that expires, while its Sales Hub page offers a 14-day free trial.

Starter is from $20 a seat a month at list price, shown discounted to $7, and its page describes unlimited users with seats purchased per user. The free tools include contact management, deal pipelines, a shared inbox and a chatbot builder that can book meetings, and HubSpot says Starter adds higher usage limits, more features and the removal of HubSpot branding.

GoHighLevel as a third option for leads that call and text

GoHighLevel Starter is $97 a month, billed monthly, or $970 a year, billed annually, with unlimited contacts and users and all core features, including booking calendars and workflow automation. Its Phone System is on every plan level, and Missed Call Text Back sends a text to a caller whose call goes unanswered. Texts, calls and email are billed by use from a prepaid wallet on top of the plan, and all its fees are non-refundable.

Pick GoHighLevel when leads call and text and more than 2 people need access. Pick HubSpot's free tools for one or two people who need a CRM at $0. Pick Keap when you want implementation services built into the start. The one-to-one pages are GoHighLevel vs HubSpot and GoHighLevel vs Keap, and HubSpot alternatives widens the list.
