Keap lists automatic Google review requests through a connected Google My Business account, and automated text messaging, U.S. only, with tier 1 inside a subscription that starts at $299 a month, billed monthly. Its free trial cannot send or receive texts.

HubSpot's free CRM, $0 for up to 2 users, includes a shared inbox and a chatbot builder that can book meetings. Vendasta's Reputation AI requests and responds to reviews automatically at its Premium tier, and its Conversations AI adds missed call textback at the Pro tier; the price is on the vendor's page, with a free 14-day trial. When Podium is still worth a sales call

Podium describes itself as a desktop and mobile platform that helps businesses attract and convert more leads, and its page says plans are arranged with its sales team, so the price comes by quote.

The page lists reviews collected by text on Google, Facebook and other sites, a phone tool, website chat that converts leads by text, text marketing campaigns and Voice AI with 300 minutes a month, and an AI Employee can be added to any plan. Its plan comparison also lists a missed-call text.
