Does GoHighLevel have a dialer? The web dialer and the power dialer queue

Last materially reviewed 2026-10-03

Quick answerYes. GoHighLevel has a built-in browser dialer plus a Manual Actions call queue it calls a power dialer. US outbound calls cost $0.0166 a minute on top of the plan. It does not document predictive dialing.

Yes: GoHighLevel has a browser dialer built in

Yes. GoHighLevel has a built-in Phone Dialer that places and receives calls inside the browser, with no desk phone or separate calling app. It opens from the phone icon in the top navigation bar of a sub-account.

It also has a second tool that HighLevel's own blog calls a power dialer. That one is a queue of call tasks rather than a machine that dials for you. The difference matters, so both are explained below. Everything here comes from HighLevel's documentation as read on 3 October 2026, not from hands-on use.

What the web dialer does and what it needs

HighLevel's dialer overview lists these functions:

  • Dial from a keypad, from a contact search or from recent calls.
  • Mute, hold, warm transfer and blind transfer.
  • Automatic call logging with time, duration and call status.
  • Call scripts shown during the call.
  • Keypad tones for getting through phone menus.
  • Voicemail playback and audio device settings.

Four things must be in place first: an active phone number or a configured caller ID in the sub-account, a user permission that allows calling, microphone access granted in the browser and a modern browser. HighLevel also says the dialer works in supported mobile browsers, and the phone apps can place calls too, as covered in does GoHighLevel have an app.

The power dialer is a Manual Actions call queue

The feature HighLevel markets as a power dialer sits under Conversations, then Manual Actions. It works like this:

  1. Build a workflow in Automation with a trigger, such as a tag being added or a pipeline stage changing.
  2. Add the manual call action to that workflow, and optionally assign it to a team member.
  3. Each contact who reaches that step appears as a call task in Manual Actions.
  4. The user works down the list, calls each contact and records the result as No Answer, Busy, Voicemail or Completed.

A progress bar shows how much of the list is left. One documented catch: the workflow only moves on for a contact once the task is removed from Manual Actions, so a neglected queue stalls the follow-up steps behind it.

None of the pages we read describes predictive or parallel dialing, where software rings several numbers at once and connects whoever answers. Treat the queue as one call at a time.

Per-minute dialer charges read on 3 October 2026

The dialer has no separate license fee on the pages we read, but calls are billed by usage from the account wallet through LC Phone, HighLevel's phone service. Partial minutes round up to a full minute.

LC Phone US voice rates, as read on 3 October 2026
ItemRate
Outbound call$0.0166 per minute
Inbound call to web, mobile or desk phone$0.01165 per minute
Inbound toll-free call$0.0198 per minute
Call recording$0.0025 per minute
Recording storage$0.0005 per minute per month
Local phone number$1.15 per month

As an example, 600 outbound minutes in a month cost $9.96. Recording all of them adds $1.50, and one local number adds $1.15, for $12.61 before storage. Our GoHighLevel cost breakdown shows how this sits on top of the subscription.

Which plan includes the dialer

HighLevel does not tie the dialer to a named plan on any page we read. The pricing page describes inbound and outbound calling among the core features, and the Starter plan at $97 a month is listed with all core features. That points to the dialer being available from Starter, but it is an inference from the plan wording, not a statement HighLevel makes outright. The 14-day trial is the place to confirm it.

Who the GoHighLevel dialer suits

It suits a small team that returns calls to its own leads and wants every call logged against the contact, with texts and emails in the same thread. A queue of 20 to 50 callbacks a day fits the Manual Actions design well.

It is a weaker fit for a call floor that needs software to dial several lines at once, because HighLevel documents nothing of that kind. A real estate team that mainly wants calling bundled per seat could look at Follow Up Boss, whose pricing page lists the Grow plan at $69 per user per month with calling as a $39 per user add-on. We compare the two in GoHighLevel vs Follow Up Boss.
