Does GoHighLevel have an app? The mobile apps for iPhone and Android

Last materially reviewed 2026-10-03

Quick answerYes. GoHighLevel has free mobile apps for iOS and Android, named HighLevel and LeadConnector. They handle conversations, calls, contacts and calendars. A white-label app costs $497 a month extra.

Yes: GoHighLevel has mobile apps for iPhone and Android

Yes. GoHighLevel has a mobile app, and you can use GoHighLevel on your phone. HighLevel's help center states that both iOS and Android are supported, with downloads from the Apple App Store and Google Play. The app is free to download and uses the same login as the desktop site.

There are two listings to know about. On the App Store, HighLevel is the app under the company's own name, and LeadConnector is the neutral-branded version that agencies hand to clients so the HighLevel name does not appear. HighLevel's release notes cover both together, and its calling articles use both names for the same functions.

HighLevel's instructions say to open the Mobile App section inside your sub-account and follow the store link from your phone.

What you can do in the GoHighLevel app

HighLevel's own pages describe these jobs as available on the phone:

  • Conversations. Read and answer messages in one inbox.
  • Calls. Place outbound calls from a conversation, a contact or the dial pad, and receive calls made to your business number.
  • During a call. Transfer to a teammate, add notes, set Do Not Disturb for the contact, and use mute, hold and keypad.
  • Contacts and opportunities. Search, create and update records.
  • Calendar. View appointments and schedule follow-ups.
  • Payments. Take point of sale transactions.
  • Notifications. Get alerts for new leads and messages.

A redesigned app experience adds a home screen with widgets for tasks, messages, revenue and appointments, up to four pinned shortcuts, a search across conversations, contacts and opportunities, and an Ask AI assistant. HighLevel describes that redesign as a Labs feature the agency has to switch on, so your account may show the older layout.

Calls made in the app use the same phone system as the desktop, so recordings and billing stay in one place. The per-minute rates are on our page about outbound calls in GoHighLevel.

What the app cannot do, and the documented limits

HighLevel does not publish a list of what the app leaves out, so we will not guess at one. Its documentation frames the app around replying, calling, booking and taking payment. The help articles for building workflows, funnels and phone settings all describe the web app, and the mobile calling guide itself sends you to the web app to configure Local Presence dialing. Plan to do setup at a desk and day-to-day replies on the phone.

The limits HighLevel does document are these:

  • Incoming calls can ring on up to 10 devices at once. Answering on one stops the others.
  • Calls only route to the app for the last sub-account you switched to. Staff who work across several locations can miss calls for the others.
  • Inbound calls need a number assigned to the user, the setting that sends calls to the mobile app turned on, and notification and background permissions granted on the phone.
  • Home screen widgets could not be customized in the redesigned app at the time the article was written.
  • Ask AI follows the AI usage limits of your account.

If the app does not suit a task, HighLevel says its web dialer also works in supported mobile browsers.

White-label app: $497 a month, as read on 3 October 2026

Agencies can publish the app under their own name and icon. HighLevel's pricing guide lists the Whitelabel Mobile App at $497 a month or $1,491 a quarter, on top of the plan. The pricing page also names a white-label mobile app among the Enterprise plan extras.

A self-service customizer lets the agency set the icon, splash screen, colors, fonts and which modules appear, then publish to both stores. You need your own organization accounts in the Apple Developer Program and Google Play Console, a D-U-N-S number for Apple, and public privacy policy and terms pages. Bottom navigation is limited to four or five items.

For a single business this add-on is rarely worth it. The free LeadConnector app already hides the HighLevel name.

Who the GoHighLevel app suits

The app suits an owner or technician who is away from a desk and needs to answer a new lead within minutes, which is the whole point of missed call text back and fast follow-up. It also suits staff who share one business number and take calls on their own phones.

It is not a reason to choose GoHighLevel on its own. If your team works only from phones and never opens a laptop, expect to do the initial build on the web first. Our guide on how to use GoHighLevel covers that setup order.
